Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

AppLauncher is a product of Nextgen Phonemail Technology Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), which operates the website generation service at www.app-launcher.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your personal information when you use our Service.
By using AppLauncher, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2.Information We Collect
Information from Google Sign-In:
When you sign in with Google, we receive and store the following from your Google account:

Information you provide:
- Prompts — the text instructions you submit to generate or edit websites (stored up to 500 characters per site for reference)
- First and last name — optionally provided through the settings panel
Information collected automatically:
- Login timestamps (first login and most recent login)
- Site creation and modification timestamps
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request path) for security and debugging — these logs are not linked to your account and are retained for a maximum of 30 days
Generated content: The HTML files of websites you generate are stored in Google Cloud Storage and are publicly accessible via their unique URLs. We do not store the full HTML in our database — only the site URL, name, prompt summary, and timestamps.
3.How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Authenticate you and maintain your session
- Display your profile information in the application
- Generate websites based on your prompts (prompts are forwarded to Anthropic's Claude API)
- Store and retrieve your generated sites so you can manage them
- Enable you to edit and update your generated sites
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service
- Improve the Service
We do not use your data for advertising, nor do we sell or share it with advertisers.
4.How We Share Information
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
Service providers: We use the following third-party services to operate AppLauncher. Each receives only the data necessary for its function:

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of AppLauncher or others.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
5.Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure, hosted in the United States. Google Cloud complies with industry-standard security certifications including ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
We implement the following security measures:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- HttpOnly, Secure session cookies
- Authentication required for all account data access
- Firestore security rules limiting data access to the authenticated account owner
Despite these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
6.Data Retention
We retain your data as follows:
- Account data (name, email, Google ID): retained as long as your account is active
- Site records (metadata): retained as long as your account is active, up to a maximum of 50 sites per user
- Generated HTML files: retained in Google Cloud Storage indefinitely unless you delete them or request account deletion
- Server logs: automatically deleted after 30 days
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us using the details in Section 11.
7.Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — update your first name and last name via the Settings panel in the app
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data
- Portability — request your data in a portable format
- Objection — object to certain types of processing
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 11. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8.Cookies and Tracking
AppLauncher uses the following cookies:
- Session cookie — an HttpOnly, Secure cookie that maintains your authenticated session. It expires after 7 days or when you sign out. This cookie is strictly necessary for the Service to function.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers (such as Google Analytics), or third-party tracking pixels.
9.Children's Privacy
AppLauncher is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
10.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
