AppLauncher is an AI-powered website generation platform that allows users to:

• Generate complete websites from natural-language prompts using Claude AI
• Deploy generated websites to cloud hosting infrastructure
• Edit and iterate on generated websites through a chat interface
• Manage and access their generated sites through a personal dashboard

The Service uses third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude) and cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform) to deliver its functionality. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

3.Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must sign in with a valid Google account. By signing in, you authorise AppLauncher to access your Google profile name, email address, and profile photo for authentication purposes only.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms.

4.Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory
• Create websites that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spyware, or other malicious code
• Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Generate spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
• Circumvent or bypass any security or rate-limiting mechanisms
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these guidelines.

5.User Content and Ownership

Your prompts: You retain ownership of the prompts and instructions you submit to the Service.

Generated websites: The HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code generated by the Service is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for ensuring that any generated content you publish complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Licence to AppLauncher: By using the Service, you grant AppLauncher a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve your generated content on its infrastructure for the purpose of providing the Service.

Content removal: We may remove content from our servers at any time. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any content you wish to preserve.

6.Intellectual Property

The AppLauncher name, logo, interface design, and underlying software (excluding generated output) are the intellectual property of AppLauncher and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our express written permission.

7.Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth — for authentication (subject to Google's Terms)
• Anthropic Claude API — for AI content generation (subject to Anthropic's Usage Policy)
• Google Cloud Platform — for hosting and storage (subject to Google Cloud Terms)

We are not responsible for the policies or practices of these third-party providers. Use of the Service is also subject to any applicable third-party terms.

8.Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected

9.Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLAUNCHER AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the address below.

11.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
